Live CAD viewer
The viewer below shows recent and active calls dispatched through the same Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system used by West Florence Fire-Rescue and other agencies in our area. It's part of how we stay transparent with the community we serve — you can see what we're responding to, in close to real time.

About the data
Calls displayed here may include responses by West Florence Fire-Rescue and any other agency dispatched through the same center — including neighboring fire departments, EMS, and law enforcement. If you see a call outside our coverage area, that's why.
Data is provided "as is" by the dispatch system. There can be a short delay between when a call is dispatched and when it appears here. Final call details (including disposition and incident type) may change as the call progresses or is closed out.
Common questions
Why is the address only a street block?
Exact addresses are masked to protect the privacy of the people involved. You'll see the general area of the call but not the specific home or business.
I see a call near me — should I do anything?
If responders are working in your area, give them room to operate. Pull over for emergency vehicles, avoid the immediate scene, and let our crews and partner agencies do their work. If you have a separate emergency, call 911.
Can I report an incident or update through this page?
No. This is a one-way, public information tool. To report an emergency, call 911. For non-emergency department questions, call (843) 665-8857.
How accurate is the call type shown?
Initial call type is based on the information given to the 911 operator. It may be updated as responders arrive and assess the scene. The final disposition may differ from how the call was originally dispatched.
